A reservation deposit of CZK 100,000 due within 5 working days after signing the Reservation Agreement.

10% of the total purchase price with deduction of the reservation deposit payable within 10 working days after signing the Future Purchase Contract.

10 – 35% of the total purchase price payable within 10 working days after the complan nterior disposition – partition walls, building roofing).

The remainder of the 55-90% purchase price payable within 10 working days after signing the Purchase Agreement to a blocked bank account (purchase price management Account).

In case of another request for financing the mountain apartment purchase we will agree an individual procedure with you.
