Our company Klínovec Real s.r.o. deals with the implementation of development projects at Klínovec in the Ore Mountains (the Erzgebirge).
We have started the II. stage of construction of mountain apartments – 24 housing units at Loučná pod Klínovcem – near the ski area.
TThere has been issued a building permit in effect and based thereupon the shell construction , an access road and utility connections to the plot border have been completed. The construction continues inside and assumed completition is in the 3rd quarter 2018, i. e. by 30/09/2018.
